Location: the hotel was near restaurants are, all the bars and restaurants are and the center of the perissa. The staff was nice, helpful. Enjoyed a safe box, coffee/tea making equipment, and a television with satellite channels in the room.

Excellent location, just a quick 10-minute stroll to Perissa beach. the room is compact and cozy, equipped with a private bathroom, shower, a hairdryer, and fresh towels. - the personnel were affable, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Location is fantastic as this place is right next to all the shops 🛍️, restaurants 🍽️, the beach 🏖️, and there's a beautiful hill to the left that lights up beautifully at night 🌟. the staff here are really friendly and helpful, always there to assist with any problems you might have.

Mark & Joanna Studios in Perissa offers a really great stay with fair pricing. the hotel is fairly clean and provides excellent value for money. It boasts a nice pool and a fantastic location next to the capital of Santorini - Fira, surrounded by bars and restaurants.

The room at Mark & Joanna Studios was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It had a well-equipped kitchenette and a compact but pleasant bathroom with a shower. The air conditioning was a great touch. The private patio area with a stunning view of the sea and mountain monastery was perfect for breakfast and evening drinks. The location was ideal - only a 7-minute walk to the beach and close to shops - bakeries, and restaurants. The local bakery's baklava was a must-try. The staff was friendly and accommodating - allowing us to leave our luggage at the reception and offering a shower even after check-out.

clean and comfortable room with air-con and a well-equipped kitchen area. Amazing view of the sea and a mountain monastery. Close to the beach - shops, and restaurants. Friendly staff - helpful with arranging airport shuttle.

Stayed in a cozy apartment with all necessary facilities provided. Great location within walking distance to the beach and fantastic restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with complimentary drinks and sweets. We appreciated the daily cleaning and fresh towels.
The apartment was a bit small and had limited space for eating meals inside. The bathroom was also small and had an unpleasant smell at times.
